FAQ
Can one Facebook Page be connected to more than one Cakapin workspace?
No. A Page can only be used by one workspace. If that Page is already connected to another workspace, you need to disconnect it there before you can connect it here.
Who can connect a Facebook Page to Cakapin?
Only a Facebook account that admins/manages that Page. Cakapin fetches the list of Pages from the Facebook account you log in with, so Pages you do not manage will not show up to connect.
Can the AI reply to Messenger chats automatically?
Yes, if you assign an AI chatbot to that Page — it works the same way as assigning AI to a WhatsApp or Instagram channel. The AI is directed to answer from your own business material, but it can still get things wrong, and you can take over the conversation any time.
What happens if a customer on Messenger asks for a real person?
As soon as a customer writes a request like "talk to human" or "real person", Cakapin automatically hands that conversation over to your team and the AI stops answering. An agent can still take over a conversation any time.
Is there a time limit to reply on Messenger?
Yes. A normal conversation can be replied to any time within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, a reply can still go out for up to 7 days using Meta's human agent tag — but beyond 7 days, Meta rejects the send.
How are Meta accounts (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) charged?
The first account on each platform is free: one Instagram, one Facebook, one WhatsApp. The second and later accounts on the same platform connect as inactive; once the workspace owner or an admin activates one, Rp30,000 per account per month is charged upfront and then every 30 days. An account used for both the inbox and posting counts once.
