With the same AI assumption, Cakapin only reaches the Qontak Service Suite Plus starting price (Rp2,000,000) at around 39,100 agent replies a month -- roughly 391 replies per agent per working day. If every reply is by AI, the same point comes at around 13,334 AI replies a month.
What this does not count: the Qontak Service Suite Plus plan also brings tickets, SLAs, a knowledge base, an NLP chatbot with unlimited FAQ, workflow automation, and other channels that are not part of this scenario. If you use those, the Qontak figure buys more than the Cakapin figure above.
