Which Instagram accounts can I connect?
A professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) that is already linked to a Facebook Page. You connect it through Facebook Login from the dashboard, not with Instagram credentials directly.
How are Meta accounts (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) charged?
The first account on each platform is free: one Instagram, one Facebook, one WhatsApp. The second and later accounts on the same platform connect as inactive; once the workspace owner or an admin activates one, Rp30,000 per account per month is charged upfront and then every 30 days. An account used for both the inbox and posting counts once.
Is there a time limit for replying to an Instagram DM?
Normally 24 hours from the customer's last message. Up to 7 days, replies can still be sent but are tagged as a human-agent reply; past 7 days, Meta rejects the send.
Can the AI give wrong answers?
It can. The AI is steered to answer from the knowledge base you fill in, but it can still get things wrong, especially when that material is incomplete. You can always see which replies came from the AI and take over the conversation at any time.
Can I connect one Instagram account to more than one workspace?
No. One Instagram account can only be attached to one workspace. If the account is already connected elsewhere, disconnect it there first, then connect it here.
