Connect your store
Enter your WooCommerce store URL and click "Connect with WooCommerce" -- your own WordPress sends the Consumer Key & Consumer Secret to Cakapin. You can also paste your own keys yourself, from WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API in wp-admin.

Data starts syncing
Published customers and products are pulled in right away. Every time an order is created, completed, or cancelled in your store, Cakapin is notified automatically over a webhook.

Orders live in the Orders tab
Once that same contact messages you, open the Orders tab on their conversation to see their last five orders -- number, status, total.

What you can do
- Orders find their own contact
- Matched to an existing contact by an internationally-formatted phone number (+62...), or by email if there is no phone -- a new contact is created automatically if they have never chatted before.
- Order history in the Orders tab
- Open the Orders tab on a customer's conversation -- their last five orders show up right there, no need to open wp-admin. This tab appears once your workspace has a store connected.
- Mark it complete from Cakapin
- Click Mark fulfilled on the order page; the status at your store becomes Completed too. The tracking number is saved on the order record.
- Contacts get tagged automatically
- Customers who have bought before get tagged "WooCommerce Customer", and "Repeat Buyer" once they have more than one order.
- Automate order status changes
- Build an automation triggered by "Order Placed", "Order Shipped / Fulfilled", or "Order Cancelled", then write the message using the order number, total, and tracking link. For buyers who have never chatted, the message goes out through an approved WhatsApp template.

Why does the store address have to use https://?
For connection security. Cakapin can only connect to a store over https://, and any address pointing to a private/internal network is automatically rejected.
