What you can do

Pricing
Regular automation replies and keyword rules cost Rp100 per reply. A step that asks AI to answer is billed at the AI reply rate. No base fee — your balance only drops when it's actually used.

What's the difference between a keyword rule and the flow builder?
A keyword/first-message rule is a one-step WhatsApp-only shortcut: a specific word or the first message comes in, a specific reply goes out. The flow builder is for longer flows — it can wait, add tags, all the way to handing off to an agent.
Can I set up more than one keyword rule?
Yes. Each rule has its own priority order — the moment a keyword matches, the highest-priority rule runs first.
Can I test it before turning it on?
Yes, with the Test button in the flow builder — the flow is simulated step by step without sending a real message or spending your balance.
How do I top up my balance?
Top-up payments are being set up. In the meantime you can start with the free Rp20,000 balance credited once your email is verified. The minimum top-up will be Rp50,000.
