What you can do.

Official WhatsApp templates: Send messages using a template already approved by Meta through the WhatsApp Cloud API — the risk is different from a mass chat, but you still have to follow Meta's quality and content rules.
Target the right contacts: Pick your audience from a segment, a tag, all contacts, or upload a new contact list as a CSV — only contacts who've opted in on that channel get sent to.
Email broadcasts too: Send an email campaign to the same contacts, from the same place as your WhatsApp broadcast — through your own SMTP.
Schedule when it sends: Set the date and time; the system runs it automatically once it's due.
Sent, delivered and read report: Every campaign shows counts for sent, delivered, read, and failed; email campaigns add clicked and unsubscribed.
Replies land in the same inbox: If a customer replies to the broadcast, the conversation flows into your normal inbox, alongside agents and AI.

Pricing.

Email broadcasts are deducted from your balance, same as a regular reply.

Email broadcast Rp25 per email

Sending the WhatsApp broadcast itself doesn't deduct from your Cakapin balance — what you pay is the template message fee, straight to Meta through your own WhatsApp Business account, not through Cakapin balance. Your workspace still needs a Cakapin balance above Rp0 though — once it hits zero, a running broadcast pauses automatically.

Is this WhatsApp broadcast official, or can it get blocked?

Messages go through a template already approved by Meta on the official WhatsApp Cloud API — not a mass chat from a personal number, so the risk is different from broadcasting on regular WhatsApp.

Does the WhatsApp message fee come out of my Cakapin balance?

No. The WhatsApp template message fee is paid straight to Meta through your own WhatsApp Business account, not through your Cakapin balance.

Can I target the broadcast to just some of my contacts?
