Balance, pricing, top-up, and VAT invoices

Cakapin is purely pay-as-you-go: no plans, no subscriptions, no base fee. Every price below is VAT-inclusive.

Usage pricing

Free, never touching your balance: incoming messages and comments, knowledge-base document embeddings, Automation (except its replies), Ecommerce, transactional email, web widget.

Topping up via Duitku

1. Open the Balance & Billing page and enter an amount — minimum Rp50,000, maximum Rp10,000,000 per top-up.
2. Pay through Duitku (one-off payment). Once the payment is confirmed, your balance grows, and a locked workspace unlocks automatically.
3. Balance never expires and cannot be withdrawn; refunds only for mistakes or disruptions on Cakapin's side.

What each deduction in the history means

The Balance & Billing page logs every movement on its own line: usage type, amount, and a note (for example which AI model answered). Top-up credits appear line by line, each with its note and invoice link; other types are summarized per day. Balance never goes negative — usage the balance cannot cover is refused before any provider is called, and usage that fails midway is refunded automatically.

Low and locked balance

A paid Meta account short on balance at billing time is paused along the same lines: incoming messages are still stored, but it cannot reply or post until you top up. Accounts disconnected mid-period are not refunded.

VAT-itemized invoices

PT. Zloob is a taxable enterprise (PKP), so every top-up collects 11% VAT, inclusive — the amount you pay already contains the tax, which the invoice then splits into taxable base + VAT. Download the PDF invoice per top-up line from the Balance & Billing page. E-faktur tax invoices are handled outside the app — contact support if you need the document.
