What can the free credit be used for?
The Rp20,000 credit arrives once your email is verified. It works for every rate, but it cannot be cashed out.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Incoming messages are still received and stored, so no chat is lost. Only replies, AI, automation, and broadcasts pause until you top up — and they unlock automatically once your top-up arrives.
How many agents can sign in?
The first five agents are free. The sixth agent onwards costs Rp5,000 per agent, only on days they sign in.
